School me please. Why IPA? I find them very bitter. I don't like run of the mill bud light or miller lite. They (to me) are like have sex in a canoe, frigging near water. I do however enjoy the german beers like
Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse and the like. Do I just need more time for my palette to adjust?
The best things in life are not things.

No, you just don’t like that style. I do and they're in favor these days so great for me but there’s others I don’t like such as sours or stouts. Lots of choices, go with what you like.bucky925 said:School me please. Why IPA? I find them very bitter. I don't like run of the mill bud light or miller lite. Good. Very big flavor profile. Lots of rum coming through. Enjoyable, but it was a massive beer that was split between a few individuals and my share was adequate.CigarCityEgger said:

How do you like George? What would you compare the taste profile to? Thinking about picking up a bottle.beteez said:

Ha! It is so delicious, but dangerous to have so much of it.YEMTrey said:

Agreed. Love it! Jungle Jim's had it on tap. Red solo cup full pours for $10. I had two and was on the verge of getting goober'd!Leopoldstoch said:

Funky buddah Last Snow, porter with coconut and coffee. Very good.
I had two bombers, but they’re now releasing 4 packs. Decided the only justifiable way to get the four pack was to have at least one of the bombers. -

First time trying this - it’s really good:

@JohnInCarolina I hear that pairs great with pizza. Cheers! Nice pour.

Not yet, but I’ve heard good things. My problem is I hear lots of good recs and have a large line up already. Might have to add this one if you think it’s worth while. Regular Bulleit is not my favorite pour but I wouldn’t kick her outta bed so to speak.JohnInCarolina said:

It’s worth trying. Not sure I love it. I’d probably rather have BH at a similar price point.pgprescott said:

Well BH is my go to daily drinker. Love it. It’s nice to change things up though. Thanks for the input. Enjoy.JohnInCarolina said:
