When I first got my egg 2 years ago my MIL purchased steaks to break it in. Well I pulled them at 160 IT and let’s just say she was pissed. I wasn’t experienced in IT yet.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -

@Mickey I think the beverages are getting the short end of the stick. I believe it was the extended duration nap that created the wing charcoal. I'm not suggesting the beverages didn't play a part.
