I love the stuff, but make sure you give it a taste test prior to application. It is pretty hot for some folks. I assume you like the heat, but a small taste might help guide the application thickness. 2 cents given. Lol

Well my order for Meat Church Honey Hog Hot came in yesterday and Amazon already wants me to do a review. Tomorrow afternoon looks like the only break in the rain for a week and all I have not frozen is a split turkey breast. I’ m thinking about seasoning it before I go to bed tonight and let it dry marinate in the fridge.

Put it this way , I have already started seedlings of 3 types of habanero peppers and one of jalapeños for this years garden.

I put it on brined turkey. I have had marginal results on regular turkey. It is a workhorse on pork. Hence it working with pink salted turkey.
Here is my buddy ripping into a bacon wrapped brined leg at the super bowl. It’s sweet, low sugar, with dehydrated jalapeño.
