Test making a few batches of Pic Candy.
What degree of doneness do you cook your to?
Do you make it so its crispy or slightly soft/chewy after cooking and cooling?

If I dehydrate they are Crispy If Oven Baked bake, a bit chewy-- you can over do it in the oven..the amount of sugar will matter as well- this is Honey and Sriracha

For me, it's almost hard to tell how crispy it will be until after they cool off so it's hard to nail it when cooking. But they are always too good no matter what.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
