Ribs & Ribs

Did a rack of BB's for a neighbor and some beef ribs for us.  I think they turned out ok.
Thanks for looking.

They look fantastic!  I've never smoked beef ribs, have worried about whether all of the connective tissue, etc., really gets rendered enough that it's not going to be unpleasant bits mixed in with wonderful bits.  People here all seem to love them, so I've got to give them a try one of these days.  Your ribs, both kinds, look great!

Nice pullback on the bones and great color!

Great cook and gesture.  Way to bring it home.
@Theophan - from my perspective, beef ribs beat their pork cousins every time.  Tooth-pick test for the win and don't look back  ;)

  • I have been wanting to try some baby backs, and have some beef ribs on hand. Would love to hear how you cooked them, they look awesome!
