Did a rack of BB's for a neighbor and some beef ribs for us. I think they turned out ok.
Thanks for looking.

Looks great. I’m a rib guy

They look fantastic! I've never smoked beef ribs, have worried about whether all of the connective tissue, etc., really gets rendered enough that it's not going to be unpleasant bits mixed in with wonderful bits. People here all seem to love them, so I've got to give them a try one of these days. Your ribs, both kinds, look great!

Nice pullback on the bones and great color!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Those look better than okay. Nicely doneLBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -

Great cook and gesture. Way to bring it home.
@Theophan - from my perspective, beef ribs beat their pork cousins every time. Tooth-pick test for the win and don't look backLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
I have been wanting to try some baby backs, and have some beef ribs on hand. Would love to hear how you cooked them, they look awesome!LBGE- North of Atlanta, Georgia.
