    EPILOGUE: Turned out that my wife LOVED it and wanted even more than she usually eats! OTOH I ate less than I usually eat as it was too hot for my liking! 

    Just the same I now have 4 pints individually stored in FS bags frozen for future meals!
    Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
