just saw your reply asking about the CC pizza oven
I repurposed a used weber gasser for the table that holds the CC explorer 2 burner stove. there is enough BTU's for my cooks. I also purchased the griddle, pizza oven, and BBQ box. its kinda of a modular cooking system that wasn't very expensive. I paired this with the minimax  to cover the wood fired cooks and smoking. I have some CI fry pans and Dutch ovens that also make the cooking system more versatile. this all sits under a bbq gazebo so I can cook in the rain (we live at the Oregon coast). now to your question... the pizza oven is awesome. I make scratch dough and pizza sauce and bake   pizzas and wings every Friday. its a hoot to make my own pizzas .the stone temp will easily get to 600 and the dome temp is usually  ~500. the build quality of the accessories are a bit better than the actual stove however the stove only costs ~ $80.00 to replace should I need to replace it due to wear. I have 2 5 gallon propane tanks, when one is empty I replace it and get it refilled so I always have fuel. let me know if I can help.

I've always felt the MM's carrier feet should've had more lift to create more of an air gap. Ours goes everywhere. At home it is either on a table/cart or tailgate.
Some pics on the old deck. Some things have changed but, the eggs are the same along with their table/carts.

The best table for a MM is the tailgate of a pick-up.

Are you cooking there or just storing your egg?

Shifted it to the corner of the porch away from the furniture and able to move it away from the screen. Keep a mat in front in case of sparks so they don't singe the rug. We can keep an eye on it from the kitchen windows if we aren't on the porch during cooks.

  • Mine has two homes. It spends most of its time in the garage, from which I take it out to cook on my covered front porch on rainy or snowy days. Otherwise, I sometimes place it on top of the table in which my Large is seated. Depends on the intended application.

Had it on the table for my Large but have since put it on the rolling "prep" table. Makes it easier to light using the electrical starter and block or use the prevailing winds when cooking.

It sits out back, with the XL, when not in the truck for camping or tailgating.
