Pig Shots...my version...

Morning All:

I did a batch of Pig Shots yesterday for our church choir Christmas party...I understand most people fill them with a cream cheese mixture, but I'm not "most people" (just ask my much better half)...after forming the "shot glass" with a beef sausage slice & thick cut bacon I make a mixture of cubed smoked Gruyere cheese, chopped pulled pork & honey (to bind the cheese & pork)...the mixture then fills the shot glass...this is then topped with a brown sugar/pepper mixture (I used DP Shaking the Tree & some fresh ground black pepper...here are 66 ready to be baked...

Unfortunately I forgot to get a picture right after they came off the Egg...I left 6 home for MomT to have & took the other 60 to the party...no leftovers from the party, but MomT did leave 2 so this picture is from this morning of those last two...


Those will be gone soon!
