Lot of time on the road this past week....

and not a lot of egging. Last night I grilled a flat iron for the wif and I (no pics), but tonight I found a couple of beautiful chops. Hit them with some Mississippi Stareka Market rub given to me by @RRog17 a while back (getting low by the way)....
While working its majic on the MiniMax, I cut up some cucumber (sour cream S&P), made some green bean casserole and some rice pilaf.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
