Crazy long time with no post ribs

Been a long while since I've posted. Been lurking some and still cooking. But today I got a Saturday back thanks to some cancelled kids games. Just some basic baby backs. With lots of Apple wood in the egg.

    Looks like a great way to enjoy a bit of a break from the weekend commitments.  Banquet awaits.
    I will refrain from any light/lite beer comment.  ;)
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Comment all you want. I'm not a beer guy. I choke down a corona every now and then. After I get done with the lawn mower it will be really nice bourbon from then on...really nice bourbon.

    Thanks yall. The ribs are coming along. The yard is done and the bourbon is awesome. Watching bama and vols on porch. Mini max is heating up for salmon app.

    This bama/vol game is looking a lot like comparing a fine bourbon to a cheap light beer.

    Its all good by me. I've been known to hijack one here and there. All I know is it's finally in the 70's in the ATL, the ribs are nearly done, football is on tv. And as much as I love watching my girl play soccer I didn't have to drive 3 hrs round trip to watch today.
