Be nice about the title and don't get personal about it. Check this out. I've been cooking on Kamados for 35 years and I've never seen one this small. Everything is salvageable but the base. I'm sure the hinge was frozen and somebody tried to force it open and jacked it up. We got it for free from friends in there 90's. The grill measures 7.5 inches. Put my mini next to it for comparison. I'll probably make it a planter. Any input is welcome.

TWSS!! Sorry couldn't resist.
That's a cute little kamado though. If you have all the pieces, could you JBWeld them together and still use it?#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

That's cool. If you can't restore it to working shape maybe you can at least patch it together enough for a display.XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal, Summit S-620 NG

It's not the size of the egg, but the profile of the smoke that matters.
