I liked the Crispy crust on the edges, not dry like jerky but well done. The crust flavor was spectacular. I made a sammie of nothing but that and added bleu cheese coleslaw to it (I posted a recipe on hee somewhere) on king's hawiian roles. It had to be one of the sammies I have ever had in my life.
