Defrosted store bought frozen meatballs, wrap each with half strip of bacon, and coat with a dry rub of your choosing. Cook indirect at 250 for about 1-1.5 hours. When happy with the color, dunk each in a mix of BBQ sauce and apple jelly. Put back on the egg for 10 minutes or until the glaze sets. Crowd pleaser for sureKent8621 said:BJM2932 said:Moink Balls are definitely the most common appetizer request that I get.

You could try crackling ribeye guacamole, you can also add some tripita (innard according to Google) like this:

Some longaniza (like chorizo with less fat is light chorizo lol):
Some bone marrow for tacos!
And jalapenos with Philadelphia cream cheese wrapped in bacon:

These look very good. I've needed something new for family get togethers for a while. Is that smoked with oak chips? I would probably just use Rockwood and maybe a Poblano pepper instead of bell. I also wonder how a pepper jelly glaze on top would be.Legume said:Well, 10 pages of comments on this recipe and this was before his anus phase really kicked in. This might be worth a look.
