If I'm going out it is going to be with a full belly. The whole time I'm cooking the TV is shouting at me to take cover in a ground floor hallway. Ate the loin and the rest is for steak and eggs. Way too much water to plug the Looftlighter in so I used the paper towel method. Works like a charm.
