Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño and Thighs

we plan cooking up some bacon wrapped jalapeños and chicken thighs today. I would like to cook them at the same time. Should I go direct or indirect at 300 to 350F?

I will be using a raised grate.

Another vote for indirect with an air-gapped drip pan for all the grease.

350F indirect 30 mins lessons. Probably should have gone 40 to 50 min.  To crisp up the bacon just a little more.  The jalapeños were still a little crunchy.  We like the jalapeños a little softer.  Any suggestions?  But they still tasted good.
    jalapeño stuffing
    8 oz cream cheese
.5 tsp of garlic powder, cumin, onion powder
12 little smokies put through a food processor.

I just go til the bacon is finished and at 350*F on the dome they generally take 45+ minutes as you guesstimated.  I have not had any issues with jalapeño texture when the bacon is finished.
When I do armadillo eggs (sausage wrapped, cheese stuffed jalas) I will cook the jalas for around 10-15 mins in a toaster oven to soften them up for the cook.  FWIW-
Just eggsperiment and find what works.  Many ways to get there.  Above all, have fun.
