2-2-1 230F Dome Temp. Baby Back Ribs with Meat Church Honey Hog Rub.  This is the first time using Honey Hog Rub.  A good coat at the start then added more before foiling.  The BBQ sauce was Heinz Kansas City.  I’m not a fan of ribs falling off the bone these were exactly that plus I thought the meat was a little dry.  Better luck next time.
