Vietnamese Grilled Pork Chop w/ Pickled Watermelon Salad
Marinated the chops in soy, fish sauce, sugar, sriracha and shallots. Pickled watermelon rind(tough skin removed) in the salad along with the sweet, southern Indiana watermelon. Recipe from BA 8/14. Grilled the chops hot and fast. Watermelon garnished salad was perfect. Thanks for looking. Vanilla order.
