....bringing out some modist poke chops for delightin my MiniMax. All ready to go with some DP Pineapple Head. Beautiful weather here in the south with a nice breeze an low humidity. Hoping for the same to come to you all fighting the rain in Texas.Gonna finish with dippin sauce coming out of Key West Florida. Daughter brought me this and preliminary dips with the finger says we are gonna have ourselves a winner tonite.
Well bein a mustard lova, they say it is Carolina style (no offense to my NC breathern)...meets Key West with a key lime twist. It is a fer pece from the Colarado Hills that my buddy Ron hiked up.....and down too I figure.

She is getting right whilst I wait on my wif to get home from work. I ain't got no name for mine like @Spring Chicken who fled the coup from Texas jus in time.    Anyway, going raised direct with the woo and cast iron grill. Hope that is ok with all of you.

A little Arlo Guthrie playin in the background...nutten wrong with dat. He don't want a pickle.....just wants to ride his motacycle.

Rice pilaf on the gas stove (that I love).

I am pullin a Trump....changed my mine and put the sauce on um cause it was there....and I am in charge of this d@mn cook tonight.

I hope all you folk are eatin good tonight. This is account.

On a serious note, if you haven't given to those out in Texas....they are in great need...between the hurricane and the fire. Consider helping. Stay safe all.

Don't care about chops. I want the Epicurean biscuit recipe!! =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Love those bone in mini T-bone poke chops, very well done cook. Having brats and corn tonight, wish I had not been so damn lazy and walked to the freezer for chops - well there is always tomorrow.

Nice cook. Nuthin' like a couple of thick, bone-in poke chops. Gnawing on the bone is the best part! Thanks for keeping it on topic (for now).  =)=)

Man that's some good looking grub, is that grate BGE or aftermarket, I didn't know there was a CI option for the MM. I like the looks of it.

I was up your way (Greenville) on Saturday as I met up with my daughter from Atlanta at the Tupelo Honey Cafe. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. There was a nice steady breeze that made for comfort of out door eating.....on top of your normally cooler area by nature. By cool I mean temperature.....not location....as you are a bit close to that orange clad school in the NW corner of SC. ;)
