For you sausage makers out there - Mangalitsa meat

https://www.facebook.com/RustikRoosterFarms/posts/1275145979262257

Rustik Rooster apparently has 1800 lbs of Mangalitsa trim for sausage.  I have pinged him for about 40 lbs (we've eaten through our share of Meenie already).

Carl's pork is top notch.  I think he moved his operation to Mizzou, last I heard.
Met the guy on RAGBRAI, he was feeding peeps at a church in Waverly, IA with Scouts.

Cool, one of the best parts of RAGBRAI is the food.

Once he warmed up, Carl later sought me out and sat at our table, talking bbq and hogs, nice guy.
