So just went by a platinum Big Green Egg dealer (kid in a candy store status) while I was in Fort Collins today and I picked up a large deep dish baking stone and now I need some recipes or cook ideas to try out on it. Any suggestions?

Quiche. Deep dish pizza.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Momma makes an English muffin cheese egg bacon bake every Christmas morning and it is incredible. I bet she'd let me do it on bge if I got the deep dish stone you have there
Deep fish za peach cobbler or a massive blueberry pie would all be fantastic off that stone
Try some muffins, lasagne or baked spaghetti pie, no recipe for that last one but ad libbing gets results
Have fun! -

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Question: when you use a stone dish like that, do you preheat it?

I picked it up for $59.95. Kinda spendy but figured it'd pay for itself after not ordering Pizza Hut dilevery 4-5 times

For Pizza Hut style pan pizza (serious eats link above), I use a 10" cast iron skillet (as does the recipe author). For the Chicago deep dish, a 9" steel cake pan (under $10 at home goods). $60 is crazy! Typical BGE overpricing.
