Did a simple steak cook tonight. Picked up a couple of Ribeyes, rubbed them down with Olive Oil and Southern Links Steak and Brisket Rub (one my my favorite rubs), then off to the LBGE they went. Served up with a salad and baked potato. Not bad for a Monday dinner, simple, quick and delicious.

Exactly. We never do when you can cook steaks like that. We are going to @SBGonzo place for steaks.

I like practically everything I see on this forum, but somehow I always especially love a nice rare to medium rare piece of beef. Looks great!

Nailed that cook right there.
I follow a simple rule, "Never order in a restaurant that which you can cook at home." Definitely expands the choices. I did make an exception when pounding brisket in Austin last year-and worth it!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Simple but looking good. My favorite right there. I have found that in the last year, since I got my egg, that I have lost interest in eating out. Hard to find things on the menu that I can't do as well or better. I do enjoy going to new places and checking out the menu to inspire me to try new things.EggMcMcc

Sometimes "simple" really fills the bill.
