At 185 now. Looks great so far. But it's hard to f up a pork butt.

Pork butt is probably the easiest cook you can do on the egg. It really is "set it and forget", and it will come out great. I think the only way you can mess it up is if you cook it until it becomes jerky (even then, someone probably likes it that way...LOL).Photo Egg said:At 185 now. Looks great so far. Pulled just under 205. Nice crust and super tender and juicy.

BTW- all you need for great ice cream is chocolate.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
