    Pork butt is probably the easiest cook you can do on the egg.  It really is "set it and forget", and it will come out great.  I think the only way you can mess it up is if you cook it until it becomes jerky (even then, someone probably likes it that way...LOL).

    +1 for the ice cream. Seems like it's hard to find ice cream made with good chocolate.

    Great cook right there.  Congrats.
    BTW- all you need for great ice cream is chocolate.  
    Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer.
