Ribs and a Yardbird

Did baby backs and a roaster at 250F for 5 hours.

Decided i wanted to change up the pace on the taters and did some fondant potatoes.
Sliced, seasoned and seared on both sides.


Then added butter, thyme and chicken broth to the pan and finished in the oven.

Added some roasted Brussels sprouts and dinner was served.
