Easy spinning ribs

Organic baby backs spun for 2 hrs, 45 minutes at 300 and glazed with NC red Bbq sauce. 

BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500. Obsessed with rotisserie.

Yes--it was great. Need to use the forks to keep it stable. Also have done all kinds of roasts, chicken, fish. Basket is a great addition too. Love to spin.JohnInCarolina said:Those look incredible! Very cool. Have you ever tried doing a single stalk of asparagus? I guess it would be hard to get on the spit but the upside would be that you'd be able to cook it perfectly.eggnewtoy said:

I do veggies in an attached basket. Have done all kinds of veg and roast green chiles in the fall. Never a single stalk but have done them in the baskets.JohnInCarolina said:
