Looks beautiful. I've been thinking about trying that. How tricky is it to get the ribs on the spit?

Those look incredible!  Have you ever tried doing Brisket on this thing?

They were great.  Very tender which is how I like them.  My husband likes them crispy and he was very happy.

Easy.  Just push through or make a slit with a knife.  Takes less than a minute.

Yes--it was great.  Need to use the forks to keep it stable.  Also have done all kinds of roasts, chicken, fish.  Basket is a great addition too.  Love to spin.

Very cool.  Have you ever tried doing a single stalk of asparagus?  I guess it would be hard to get on the spit but the upside would be that you'd be able to cook it perfectly.

I do veggies in an attached basket.  Have done all kinds of veg and roast green chiles in the fall.  Never a single stalk but have done them in the baskets.

@JohnInCarolina gotta thread it on a FireWire. Tricky, but you'll find it's well worth it
