Made some of these a while back and family and friends loved them.
but we always want to try something new, so we decided to add a graham cracker crust. Hoping it takes these to the next level!
baked the crust for about 10 minutes before pouring in the chocolate.

Love it!
I'd actually like to do this, but with a cheese-cake flavored custard."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Sous vide everything has a video on SV cheesecake. Looked pretty good.

I did the sous vide cheese cake and it was awesome. It was a piing in the A$$ to clean the mason jars after. The dishwasher would not get it out of all the small spaces.

How did it turn out? I made cheesecake a couple times, but I make the crust separately then break it up and stick it in the filling before serving. I was too worried about it mixing with the filling as it cooked. Interested to see if yours held
