A $7 slab of all natural spares from Save-A-Lot, and a $2 family pack of drummies, soaking now in a $1 bottle of Tuscan Garden Italian dressing from Aldi. KBQ and cherry. Having the boys help trim bushes in the yard tomorrow morning before it heats up, then it's fire playtime.BrandonQuad Cities

Another solid recommendation other than grinding. I would be on board with that my friend.
It's too late though, this will land in some Fall chili at some point.

Tonight was pork burgers - a wonderful local packing house creation then seasoned with my last Witchy Red rub, topped with grilled red onions and thick BH pepper jack cheese and the buns whetted with Sassy Sauce aka Wild Boar Sauce. Talk about a KILLER sandwich!!!
Sat night will be pizza.
Sunday night will be my first attempt of that new chicken thigh recipe that @CarolinaQ put us on to last week.
You didn't ask about breakfast, brunch or even lunch so I will remain silent! LOL
Have a GREAT weekend enjoying whatever you egg, cook inside or go eat elsewhere! OK??? -

2" thick aged NY strips from our local butcher. Also picked up a 5 lb slab of beef short ribs for later this or next week. Pic's to follow.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

If this thunder boomer ever passes I will get these on. Of course there are rewards to waiting out the rain.

"Uncle Pook...this is fire, can I take some home tomorrow?" Hahaha
Best $10 dinner I have ever made. No sides, just chicken and ribs and Mugs root beer, Newcastle for the cook.
