Pork tenderloin can be cooked in an hour or so - always easy, always good.

And a turbo pork Butt can be done in under six, no problem.

I have never tried turbo pork butt, might have to try that this time, What dome temp do you usually use for turbo?
  • Ribs are 4-5 hours. You can do a turbo brisket or butt in 30 min per pound at 300 and wrapping in foil once the bark gets dark.

Why don't you go and get some nice 2 inch rib eyes and reverse sear them?  It's a decently long cook but you won't be rushed at all.

That's what I would probably do. Might throw in a spatch chicken if there was time.

Kabobs.  Quick, easy, tasty.  Or my personal favorite quick cook is carna asada.

I reverse sear steaks all the time so i ended up going with turbo ribs mostly because i procrastinated and that's all i could find.... all great ideas tho thank you all for your input... i will definitely bet trying the smoked burgers, kabobs and carna asad soon they are all on my to do list for sure.... I have only had my egg since Christmas so i am a newbe for sure. i have my steaks, pork butts briskets and ribbs almost down pat tho.. I would graetly apreciate any advice or recipes on the burgers, chicken, kabobs and carna asad tho as well as any other different and fun recipes!
