going to try something new- caught a couple small frogs today and haven't tried them smoked. They are a little small so hope it's worth the effort.

Really?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Hmmm....I've eaten Frog legs a lot of ways but never tried to smoke them.
Maybe kinda dona reverse sear type cook. Low for a while, then crank the temp and let em rip to keep from being too chewy.

The one's I have tried that were that size were very tough and chewy............you may want to parboil it before smoking.........
