Before the Big Green Egg
Well 10 years ago I had no idea where pulled pork came from! didn't even know what a butt was! First time I read on here that as soon as you take them off the Egg you put them in a cooler wrapped in a towel I was confused! Why would one try to get it cold?
Well I'm getting ready to put 4 butts on for our Sons wedding this evening, going to Turbo them.

The Butts are all done and in the coolers resting! just need to pull them an hour before we eat.I can't remember what the knife is but will get back to you on that. Thanks for all the compliments.

Well it's all done but the late night parting! I'm to old for that so we are back at the Motor Home cooling off! the whole wedding was outside in 98 degrees, with so many people in the house and with all the warming trays of food the A/C couldn't keep up. But it was all wonderful and an awesome wedding, Happy to have a new daughter-in-law and her children join our family. The complements on the pulled pork were in abundance, I give all the credit to the BGE. Jim
