Thinking about injecting my brisket for Sunday's cook, doing a 6 pounder ...
Any suggestions or anybody done this how was the outcome

@YukonRon injects whole packers so his concoction would work here. Hopefully he will be along with the recipe. Enjoy the cook and eats.

I use Butchers Prime injection. Always pleased.

I have done brisket both ways and didn't notice any difference. I like to keep it simple, a good rub some oak wood some mop and lots of time.
