Not sure if this site has been mentioned ( http://howtobbqright.com ), but he just set up a Roku Channel (maybe youtube also, didn't check).

Might be worth a look for some idea's  (He uses a BGE, and other Smokers as well)

    I just read his recipe for spare ribs.  He just gives the basic process, no details on rub, sauce.  People will find more information here, tbh.  Anyway, it's worth a look.

    I frequent his site and give the recipes a once-over for additional insights/ideas.  Definitely worth  checking out.

     I love his style and follow the Youtube channel. His "THE BBQ RUB" is fantastic. I have yet to try his sauces or the hot version. SPG base AP Rub I make myself.
