New MiniMax and Table

We bought a Big Green Egg (the MiniMax) a couple of weeks ago. I saw a table in this forum built by Greeno55, and convinced my husband to build something similar. (I would have liked to enclose the table and add a shelf and door, but decided to make it a bit more simple). We used the Kreg Jig for pocket hole joinery to make it good and sturdy. I love cooking on it, and the flavor is superb. So far I have done chipotle chicken thighs several times, and lots of veggies. We don’t have a pizza stone yet, but can’t wait to use the Egg for pizzas. I think a meatloaf would turn out great, too. And, of course, we will use it for smoking this summer. I might never cook in the kitchen again!
