Phoenix restaurant uses the Big Green Egg

Many great restaurants have either started in Phoenix or have relocated to or expanded in Phoenix. Binkleys is one that started here. Their owner is legendary locally with a great following and his restaurant was featured in today's AZ Republic. I had no idea he uses the Big Green Egg but it is pretty cool to see Kevin Binkley tending to roasted lamb on the BGE in today's paper.

That is pretty cool. I want to some day visit a restaurant that uses BGEs...but I will want to spend time in the kitchen watching!EggMcMcc

The only Phoenix restaurant I've ever heard of is Chris Bianco's Pizzeria Bianco. He doesn't use an egg - why would he, he's baking pizza! - but if I'm ever in Phoenix, you'll find me there.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

A bunch of kamados doesn't guarantee good food. I ate at the KJ Grill in Raleigh twice. First time and last time.bhedges1987 said:EggMcMic said:That is pretty cool. I want to some day visit a restaurant that uses BGEs...but I will want to spend time in the kitchen watching!

I bet if they used BGE's they'd still be going strong.
