More College Cookin...

Some starving college kids were in need of some food, so I packed up the mini and headed 2 hours south.

Here is my mini egg, all ready for about 5 hours of eggin fun~

They requested stuffed fritos (again!). This is the 4th time I have egged these for them, and this time, it was 3 batches that looked about like this:

Salsa on top, some with sour cream and some without~

Next was pile-o-wings. I bought these in a bag at Whole Foods and I was not thrilled because they were all different sizes, presenting me with a cooking challenge. Oh well, I went with it.

Sauced at the end with Stubbs bourbon BBQ sauce~

This was my view as I was egging. Very cool privacy fence from the rear neighbors, which I'm sure the neighbors prefer!

Cedar Planked salmon (again!). I really wish their taste buds would be alittle more adventurous! But my son loves this, so...

Served up with the mango peach salsa that I made~

Next was shrimp in the CI with garlic, butta and some Old Bay~

Served with some good ole grilled garlic bread for dippin~

Plus a batch of these blondies that I made at home, along with some Easter candy~

No pics of actual people because for some reason, they are camera shy to my camera, even though they take selfies nonstop.

It was fun and they apparently appreciated it. Thanks for lookin.
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
