quick naked ham to take to B.I.L.'s for Easter. 

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

    I have a ham on as well.  Cooking faster then I thought it would.   Planning on pulling at 145, when will you pull yours?  Do you FTC it?
