    No balls, no blue chips!  Great cook and result.  Definitely brought it home.
    Glad you went with the manly cut as I have never gone above around 1.5 lbs with the cave-man, figuring I wouldn't get the center cooked.  Onward and upward.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Cap, appreciate it. Thick is good on the Caveman....continue to move that needle up. Wife and I almost finished it....but it (what little left) want suck with a couple of eggs in the am. Bone was sweet as can be. Much joy was had.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
