I am cooking Pork loin to carry to a family reunion. Which Dizzy Pig rub gets the vote? I have Mole, Redeye Express, and several others.

The pineapple one! Don't have any myself but tasted it at a friend's...good stuff.
-
I would go with the Mole, served with their Mole sauce recipe....Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.
-
I have it but I have done the same cook with Pineapple Head or Raging River before. Looking for new territory this time.
-
I love red eye on PT. I would eat mole though if your offering?
-
I think that it will end up being red eye. To hard to keep a Mole sauce warm.
-
put all of them on it.

every dp rub will work well with a pork loin, only way to mess one up is to over cook it

Well it goes on the Egg in about 30 seconds. Just Redeye rub and indirect.

Today the relatives ate about 4 and a quarter of the 4.6 pound pork loin in about 20 minutes. There was another pork loin there that kind of got outshone.
