I haven't tried it, but everyone seems to like the Mole, and I'm also thinking of now picking up 2 bottles since shipping is free...
I could always drive the 30 minutes to their HQ and pick it up, but I'm lazy

I'm going to try it with a pork loin stew tomorrow. Sauté onions in olive oil and mole then add tomatoes like the mole sauce they advertise. Then thin it out with either beer or vegetable broth and add some lentils and maybe carrots as well as the left over pork loin.

Dizzy should do this more often, and should email the code to registered customers. (I really didn't need another 4 pack, but I have a few that are a little old and took the opportunity of free shipping to get some fresh rubs to replace the old ones.)

Does anyone know what a reasonable expectation is for shelf life of an unopened bottle of rub? I'm not worried about it going bad, more of a potency/freshness of the spices question. I try to have no more than 4, maybe five open at any time and never really stock up because of this.

My Mole that I got a few weeks ago is stickered February 2019. I member a post from a couple years ago. I think Chris from DP commented about aging spices. But one of the points was how different spices loose their flavor faster than others. So even though an opened bottle of spice may still taste good after a year, it will have a shift in flavor.Tony_T said:Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
