It had been quite awhile since I had egged up a pizza. Did this one last night. Turned out tasty. Used the copycat recipe for mellow mushroom pizza dough. Toppings were homemade marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced up meatballs, bacon and jalapeños (on my side). Sprinkled on some parmesan reggiano at the end.
Still have a leftover doughball in the fridge since the recipe makes enough for 2. That means calzones are next.

Have always wanted to clone this.
It's all about the dough. Their "bones" are solid. The butter and parm on the crust is a nice touch, love it.
Grubbed on a House Special for lunch today.
So as a copycat, how close was it?BrandonQuad Cities

Thx guys! @Focker, it's pretty close, although the airiness in theirs is slightly different. Not quite sure what temp they cook theirs at either. This pizza wasn't my best attempt, but it was still good. Like I mentioned above, I think the 3.5 cups in the linked recipe is somewhat low, as I'm always needing a bit more to keep it from being a sticky mess. Next time I'll weigh as I go in order to get a more precise measurement. But the recipe will getcha close to the real deal.
Here was a pizza I did awhile back using the same "base" recipe. I rushed last nights pizza a little, so it wasn't quite as good as previous attempts.
