Pork Chops rubbed with Szeded Rib Rub and on the mini about 450 direct
On on the side burner I cooked some diced bacon, shallots and garlic. Then added the brussel sprouts with some crushed red pepper and a quick boil with chicken stock. Best sprouts yet
And ready to eat. I hit the Brussels with some shredded parm.

I don't know about anyone else, but one of our favorites. We do Brussels like that, but I like to hit them with a little balsamic to deglaze just prior to plating and parm. Bacon grease and Brussels are delish. Great meal right there.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

I love pork chops and those look great.
I'm no fan of brussel sprouts but my wife likes them. I may have to give those a try. She is always saying that I need to eat more veggies. And more variety.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.
