Inspired by the "what is your current favorite cook?" thread,  I egged my first meatloaf this evening! Really been missing out!  You will have to google the recipe or look it up on forum but  I used Alton Browns recipe. Followed pretty much exactly but less cayenne and chili powder.  Put directly on  grate with drip pan on platesetter. Hickory smoke . The time in recipe says 45 min or but it took me 90 minutes to hit 160.  For those that haven't tried it , I highly recommend an egged meatloaf! Super juicy and the smoke takes it to another level!
