Ice fishing with the mini

This afternoon we had a fun little neighborhood gathering at my neighbor's ice shack on a lake just outside of town. Took the mini and made burgers for lunch and toured the lake on my atv. My lil guy caught his first fish. Needless to say, lots of great memories this afternoon.
L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....

It's nice to see kids out on the ice! I seen a couple while out ice fishing today that had a couple kids with them. They had to of been 2-3 years old. All bundled up playing on the ice. I can't wait for my kid to get a little older. He's only 14 months old and has a brother on the way so it'll be a while.NW IOWA

What dome temp on the mini would get it to melt the ice beneath it?

They hauled in a few crappies that they filleted for their super bowl party. They had the house on a hot spot for sure. Lots of small ones though.WeberWho said:Nice! You catch anything?
