    Thanks! @Stormbringer You should be able to do it on the egg. You might have some trouble keeping the temp down with the dome opening every minute or two flipping crepes.

    That's an awesome use for the blackstone.  We have a great place here in town that specializes in crepes.  I love sitting at the crepe bar and watching the chef make them.  He makes it look so easy.  I might have to order a crepe spreader today and try some out for myself soon!  
    @Grillin_beers Go for it! They might not be picture perfect but the attempt is half the fun!
