Here is the crepe recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
1.5 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
The recipes below will probably have different ingredients for crepes but I used the combination above for each cook.
I also added some extra stuff to the recipes or have bigger ratios.
Next time I would add more chicken to the Mushroom/Spinach recipe. The white wine was optional. It's a perfect compliment in my opinion. These recipes aren't exactly made for the Blackstone. So it will need a little adjusting on how it's done on the Blackstone.

Those crepe makers over in Europe are like artists. Thanks! @nolaegghead They were on my "want list" after coming home from Europe. I couldn't justify the space it took up in the cabinet for the smaller use it would see. Whoa! Amazing job there. When I pulled the trigger on my Blackstone my wife looked up crepe recipes and we talked about doing this, but now that it's up and running I think we forgot about crepes. Definitely showing this to her and getting this moved to the top of the list to try! And I guess getting on Amazon and ordering some crepe tools. Looking to add a Blackstone (or UK equivalent) to the cooking arsenal. Could this be done on the Egg using direct heat and a cast iron platesetter?

That's an awesome use for the blackstone. We have a great place here in town that specializes in crepes. I love sitting at the crepe bar and watching the chef make them. He makes it look so easy.
