For all the guys and gals trying to eat a bit better this year, I give you the humble steak salad, Greek style.
Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Mixed greens, grilled flank steak, cucs, tomatoes, feta, red onion, and some balsamic vinaigrette. I just used a reasonable portion of meat and loaded up on veggies.Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.
