Steak salad

For all the guys and gals trying to eat a bit better this year, I give you the humble steak salad, Greek style.
Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Looks beautiful!  How about a little detail on ingredients, process?
    Please, please.

  • Mixed greens, grilled flank steak, cucs, tomatoes, feta, red onion, and some balsamic vinaigrette. I just used a reasonable portion of meat and loaded up on veggies.

Looks great, I always cook extra steak just for this - Almost enjoy it more than the original steak dinner.   Good eating you have there.

  • My love for cheese always gives it away.....we always have a ridiculous selection in our fridge.
