It was pizza night here. Thawed some OO dough I had made a few weeks ago. Toppings were fresh mushrooms, garlic, maters, onion and red peppers. Mozz cheese with some fresh grated Parmesan.

I've yet to try freezing homemade pizza dough; how much/does it affect the quality, in your opinion?

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

A beautiful za!. Gotta get my act together to cook outside more now that it's not snowing or running in the 90's. Yesterday was mid 70's. Go figure. At least that melted the last of the snow. Welcome to the south. Saw a meme the other day that said you can't fit all four seasons in one month. South Carolina replied "Wanna bet?" Wait for it.
